Terms of Service


1. Scope 
 The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop in the version available at the time of the order. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at customers residing in Switzerland. A customer is any natural or legal person who has business relationships with NENO-CNC. NENO-CNC reserves the right to renew or adapt the general terms and conditions, the delivery and payment conditions as well as the data protection regulations at any time. When placing an order, the customer confirms that they fully accept these General Terms and Conditions, including delivery and payment conditions. 

 2. Technical information on the website 
 The NENO-CNC online shop contains information about products and services. NENO-CNC assumes no liability for their accuracy. All information such as product descriptions, images, dimensions, weights, technical specifications, compatibility and remaining information are only to be understood as approximate values and do not represent any guarantee of properties or functions. The customer acknowledges that technical and color changes are subject to change and are possible at any time are. This also applies to products that were previously delivered under the same name and/or item number. 

 3. Conclusion of contract 
 The prices and availabilities communicated by NENO-CNC on this website represent an offer under the contract-terminating conditions of an impossibility of delivery or a price error. By ordering via this website, including the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, the customer is making a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. The automatically generated order confirmation that follows serves as information that the order has been received by NENO-CNC. Orders placed are binding for the customer. Orders will only be delivered after full payment has been received and the goods are available. If, after conclusion of the contract, it emerges that the ordered goods cannot be delivered, NENO-CNC is entitled to withdraw from the contract or from part of the contract. Payments already made will be refunded to the customer. If payment has not yet been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay. In the event of termination of the contract, NENO-CNC is not obliged to provide a replacement delivery. 

 4. Prices 
 All prices are stated in Swiss francs. All prices published on NENO-CNC are exclusive of VAT (as of January 2021). NENO-CNC also reserves the right to change or adjust prices at any time and without giving any reason. Consulting, service and installation services are not included in the price, are shown separately and can be charged additionally. Technical changes, errors and printing errors remain reserved 

 5. Payment options and deadlines 
 The payment options shown in the online shop www.NENO-CNC.ch are available to the customer. Payments in advance must generally be made within 10 days of receipt of the order confirmation, otherwise NENO-CNC is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. The delivered goods remain the property of NENO-CNC until full payment has been made. Prices, technical changes and errors reserved. Legal recourse is excluded. 

 6. Delivery times 
 Items available from stock are usually delivered within 48 hours. Only fully available orders will be delivered. Partial delivery is not possible. All delivery times are non-binding. In no case should delivery delays give rise to claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the purchase contract. 

 7. Delivery, inspection and acceptance of goods and return 
 The shipping costs will be shown to the customer before the order is sent. From a goods value of CHF 150.00 Swiss francs, delivery within Switzerland is free of charge. Except for the KUBUS Pro. Delivery is made by post or courier service to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order. Upon shipment, the benefit and risk are transferred to the customer, to the extent permitted by law. The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery. Any defects must be reported to NENO-CNC immediately after discovery, but no later than within 5 days, via the contact form or email. Returns to NENO-CNC are made at the risk and expense of the customer. The product must be returned in the original packaging and all accessories together with the delivery note to the address listed in the legal notice. If the product does not have any defects or is not covered by the warranty, costs for expenses such as return shipping, personnel costs and any disposal may be charged to the customer.


8. Exchanges and returns 
 Our milling machines such as the “Original LEAD CNC” consist of products from over 20 suppliers and are configured, ordered, assembled, produced, assembled, tested and packed specifically to customer requirements. In principle, there is no right to a return or exchange. However, if this is granted by NENO-CNC as a gesture of goodwill, appropriate compensation for costs can be charged to the customer. 

 9. Warranty 
 NENO-CNC strives to only deliver products of perfect and tested quality. If defects are reported in a timely manner, NENO-CNC guarantees that the purchased product is free of defects and functional during the statutory warranty period of usually 24 months from the delivery date. The choice for repair, refund, replacement or price reduction rests with NENO-CNC. Further claims are excluded. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by the customer, such as normal wear and tear, as well as the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, as well as defects that can be attributed to external circumstances. The warranty for modules, components, complete kits and batteries is also excluded. There is also no guarantee for the perfect functionality of a kit that was assembled by the customer. 
 
10. Liability
NENO-CNC excludes all liability, regardless of the legal basis, as well as claims for damages against NENO-CNC and any vicarious agents. Liability for indirect damage and consequential damage caused by defects, loss of profit or other personal injury, property damage and pure financial loss to the customer is excluded. For all electrical and electronic products and kits offered, the customer bears sole responsibility for safer assembly and operation. In particular, individual components and modules are not aimed at end users, but are intended for professionals to experiment under laboratory conditions. Our kits require specialist knowledge to assemble, use and/or commission. The customer assumes full responsibility for the compliant and secure application. We decline any liability. 

 11. Data Protection 
 When collecting, processing and using customer data, the Swiss data protection law and the corresponding legal standards are complied with. The customer data is only used within NENO-CNC and is not passed on to third parties. The customer agrees to this processing of his data and authorizes NENO-CNC to use the customer data as part of order processing and for internal marketing purposes. 

 12. Place of performance and jurisdiction 
 The place of performance is the registered office of NENO-CNC at Bachmattweg 3 in 5616 Meisterschwanden in the canton of Aargau. In the event of disputes, only substantive Swiss law applies, excluding conflict of law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) is explicitly excluded. The place of jurisdiction is Aarau, unless the law provides for mandatory places of jurisdiction.
